We love supporting people like you
What motivates us?
We believe in fairness and inclusion wholeheartedly. We think everyone should have their needs met to have an equitable chance of succeeding in their goals. In education this means celebrating individuality and diversity and understanding and meeting the needs of the whole school community to ensure access to flexible and life long learning opportunities.
One of the values we hold dearest is collaboration and teamwork. By working together education professionals can achieve far more, pool information and empower themselves and each other.
From our shared experience, growing confidence and empowerment comes resilience. By building ours and your capacity to deal with the unexpected, we can help children and young people to be strong, inquisitive, and resilient themselves.
The word wellbeing seems to be everywhere right now, What it comes down to is taking care of yourself and that's really important for you as an education professional because you spend much of your day taking care of others. Looking after your own wellbeing is integral to your happiness.
We believe it is important that we are open. We will always be honest and transparent in our work, in our company, in our finances. We will also be open to reflecting on our practice, adapting our services if and when need arises. This means we want to listen to you, we want to hear your stories and your feedback so that we can all be active participants in Teach Happy.
